We often forget
that we are small.
we often forget
to believe in imperfections
and we often forget
the deeds from free will.
But above us
larger than the trees
Larger than the sky
larger than anything we know
is known only to god.
billions of other stars
so far away
and so small like us
hold many other miles
many other landscapes
than we have seen
But don’t think
we are worthless
Like each tiny cell has it’s job
so do we.
like each chemical,
each molecule has a place
So do we
and if it changes
What becomes?
We may not realize
that we have a purpose
Under the skies
Within the universe
so seemingly large
but we are responsible
for our connections
We are responsible for life
and we are small
But larger than we realize
because we are
human.

Deep, profound and absolutely on the mark. Well said!
